We deliver to Ireland, the UK and several European countries. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation of shipment email with tracking information. You can expect to receive your delivery within 2-3 working days in Ireland, 3-4 working days in the UK and up to 5 working days in the EU after shipment.

Delivery in Ireland costs €5 for orders under €100. Orders over €100 are free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €10 for deliveries to the UK. We also deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Sweden & The Netherlands. Shipping rates for these countries are calculated based on weight.
All of our orders are shipped with An Post and handed over to local carriers outside of Ireland. 


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


If you are living in the Republic of Ireland and have access to a printer, you can return your item through An Post's Return My Shopping service in the link below. Simply select Fairthreads.ie from the retailer dropdown menu and follow the on screen instructions




If you do not have access to a printer and/or live outside of the Republic of Ireland, please use the returns address label provided on your packing sheet/invoice

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fairthreads.ie and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
